LAST LECTURE!

Well Tuesday was our last lecture for the first semester! Can't believe the semester is just about over! Sarah came in to talk to us and I enjoyed her lecture. She said she really enjoys glass blowing and made it seem really interesting, especially how she described it as using her whole body to create art. She moved on to video and interactive art which was really cool. She incorporated glass blowing .. sort off.. but did sugar blowing. She also used silk and video. I thought her work was really beautiful especially the flowers and the tree-like figures.. so awesome. She also mentioned that she does a lot of print work, which I enjoy. This was a good way to finish off the lecture series for the first semester :)
